Our Gloucestershire facility was specifically set up to handle loose plastics that need baling, difficult or mixed materials that need sorting, and others that need both processes - from LDPE film mixed with cardboard, and kerbside collected clothing to CD & DVD products...

The facility which is based at HMP Leyhill currently employs over 50 inmates, and helps with the rehabilitation of these people - we then take them on to work in our baling facility to give them additional experience of full time employment, waste management, plastics recycling, a reference from a real company, and the opportunity to earn enough money to set them up for their release into the community - this not only gives them a much better chance of getting on in their lives, securing a job & finding a place to live, but also significantly reduces the chances or re-offending.
